The deal
You can use Gladys free, forever. Chat is always free. You start with 75 credits for things like building apps and generating images; when you want more, you can either buy a pack of credits or subscribe for $24.99/month. We keep the service running and improving. Either of us can end it anytime.
What you can do
Use Gladys for personal or commercial work. Build apps, create images, videos, text, voice. Share what you make. The content you create is yours — we don't claim rights to it.
What you can't do
Don't use Gladys to harm other people — that means no harassment content, no deepfakes of real people without their consent, no CSAM or other illegal content, no trying to extract proprietary info about the system to replicate it without us. We'll close accounts that cross these lines.
The characters are fiction
Jimmy, Tiffani, Maya, all of them — they're characters, not licensed therapists, doctors, or lawyers. They're warm and knowledgeable, but they're not a substitute for a human professional when your life or health is on the line. If you're in crisis, please call 988 (US) or your local emergency line.
Plans & pricing
Two ways to pay, both work forever:
- Free — $0 forever. 75 credits at signup. No credit card required. Buy more credits anytime in $4.99 / $19.99 / $49.99 packs.
- Subscribe — $24.99/month. 600 fresh credits every month, at the best per-action price we offer. Unused credits last an extra month. Cancel anytime.
Chatting, memory, web search, and reading existing apps are always free on both. Credits pay for building apps, generating images, video, and the deeper AI work. Top-up packs are available on either plan whenever you need more.
Subscription terms
Subscribe is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The length of each subscription period is one month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (App Store) or to your card on file (web). Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time from your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or your account page on the web. Subscribe starts with a 7-day free window; cancel inside that window and you won't be charged. Any unused portion of the free window is forfeited when you confirm the subscription.
Refunds
For App Store subscriptions, Apple handles refunds per their policy. For web subscriptions, we'll process a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used your monthly credits. If something went wrong on our end, reach out at hello@heygladys.com — we'll make it right.
If we mess up
We're a small team shipping fast. Sometimes things break. We'll fix them as quickly as we can. Our liability for any issue is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months, which is standard-issue legal stuff.
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll tell you in the app and by email. You can cancel if you don't like the new ones.
Privacy & data
See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it's used. Short version: we don't train on your data, your memory stays on your device, and you can delete your account at any time from Settings.
